- Ingredients :
- 🥩 For the Chermoula Marinade:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp cayenne (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste

- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks (optional, for skewers)
- 1 onion, cut into chunks (optional)

- Mix all chermoula ingredients in a bowl. Marinate the meat pieces for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Thread the meat onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and onion if desired.
- Preheat a grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 8–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked to your preference.
- Serve hot with Moroccan bread, salad, or rice.
